As Doggie Bath, a New York City-based dog-washing service, began
operations as a start-up venture, their management team came to
FSMS for help creating a yearlong marketing plan. The company hoped
to utilize low-cost tactics to quickly gain visibility in the marketplace.
One of the principals of the company had an extensive marketing
background and the ability to execute a marketing plan but lacked
the experience to develop and launch a full-scale PR program. The
principal's marketing background, coupled with the company's limited
budget, made Doggie Bath the perfect candidate for the Turnkey Marketing
