LUCY MONTGOMERYLucy Montgomery has spent her career working in public relations, public affairs, marketing and event management. From her first job at Tiffany & Co to her work at Fuzzy Slippers, Lucy has implemented virtually every marketing tactic imaginable, and coordinated events with attendees numbering from 5 to 1500. As the left-brained half of the partnership, Lucy brings a unique combination of marketing acumen, analytic ability and attention to detail to the development and execution of FSMS’s client services. Like her namesake Lucy Van Pelt, she is always willing to take the ball and run with it.
Lucy will be able to understand your industry marketplace, match the most effective and appropriate tactics with marketing objectives, and make certain these goals are met and exceeded. Her unique combination of creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail creates the perfect platform not only for the development of innovative programming, but also its flawless execution. Lucy serves on the Alumnae Board of Miss Porter’s School and is involved fundraising efforts for organizations including Lehigh University, Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve, Riverside Symphonia and Midatlantic Bulldog Rescue. She is an avid tennis player and Pilates devotee, and also enjoys reading, cooking, entertaining and travel. Lucy lives in Pipersville, Pennsylvania with her husband Tom and their English Bulldog Sherlock. Their son Jack lives and works in Washington, DC. |
TERRI O'CONNELLTerri O’Connell is an enthusiastic, results-driven sales and marketing professional with a proven track record in leadership who is proficient in both strategic direction and project management. From her first job as a Merchandizing Editor at Seventeen Magazine to her role as Principal at Fuzzy Slippers, Terri’s creative approach to marketing solutions has benefited a wide-range of companies from pharmaceuticals to non-profits.
Terri covers the right-brain skill set for FSMS, with unlimited creativity and enthusiasm for marketing, and an inspired approach to problem solving. Through coalition building, publicity-generating special events, promotions, and crisis management, she has garnered press interest at all levels. Terri has worked as the official spokesperson for organizations on TV and in Print, and is formally media trained. She has achieved many successes in product launches, grand openings, and sales promotion that get the target audience talking. Having worked in sales, Terri recognizes the critical need for any marketing strategy to increase the bottom line. As a former marketing director for a non-profit, she uniquely understands the needs in a strategic alliance between non-profits and business from all angles. Her creativity, passion and systematic approach to marketing problem-solving helps her clients exceed sales and marketing goals and objectives. Terri lives with her husband Mark and son Patrick in Williamstown, New Jersey. She is currently a member of the board of directors at the Alice Paul Institute and serves on the Development Committee at St. Augustine’s Preparatory School in Richland, New Jersey where her son is a student. In her free time, she trains for triathlons and community runs. She also enjoys traveling with her family and going to the beach, kayaking and sailing at the Jersey Shore. |
